Privacy Policy

We built LayoffLaunch to be privacy-first. This policy explains what we do and don't collect, in line with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles.

Your resume text. The free scan and the kit generator process your pasted resume in-request to produce your results. We do not store your resume content on our servers, and we do not use it to train any model.

Payment data. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay and Stripe. We never see or store your card or UPI details — only a payment reference confirming the purchase.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and conversion events) to improve the product. No personal profiles are built.

Your rights. You can request deletion of any data associated with your purchase reference by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.

Data retention. Purchase references are retained for tax/accounting compliance. Resume content is not retained at all.
