By using LayoffLaunch ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service helps you optimize your resume and generate job-search materials. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the generated output.

Output is a draft, not a guarantee. Generated resumes, cover letters, and outreach messages are starting points. We make no guarantee of interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Review and edit everything before sending it.

Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to impersonate others, fabricate credentials, or submit content that is unlawful. We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.

Payments. Paid kits are billed once via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are shown in INR and USD inclusive of applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy.

Liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
